Winemaker’s bubbles in champagne tasting
A day open to the general public and 100% dedicated to champagne, here is the invitation proposed by the national magazine Terre de Vins, on Saturday, April 7 in Paris. For this second, 21 winemakers will join the participating houses. The public can taste and exchange with the producers, enjoying a remarkable palette of vintages and terroirs. Upstream, to enhance the event and the bubbles of winemakers, the journal Terre de Vins is working on tastings. So Joelle Boisson, huh? Nologist and journalist, she came to the SGV two mornings to taste, comment on the cavas and select her favorites.
