A simplification of the process of transmitting and visaing the purchase order on a proposal from the Reims Regional Customs Service has been launched: from now on, everything can be done by email, provided that you have communicated an email address to customs.(the one associated with your Prodouane account or another). You will email the customs service on which you depend (see email addresses below) the purchase order on the capsule header that will mention your email address, yours as well as your excise duty number.Customs will also reply by email: all you have to do is send this response to the capsule, which will be worth a customs visa.Better yet, if you have requested it on the purchase order, the answer can also be sent directly to the capsule.

Note: Winemakers using collective capsules (i.e. purchased from the SGV) are not affected by this procedure: they continue to obtain from the SGV without the need to establish a purchase order armed by customs.
