The creators of “Champagne, Terroirs etC? »At the end of 2017, a box of ten cavas from the four major regions came onto the market, each winemaker having chosen the high-end cuvée of which they are particularly proud, which may be a new or already recognized firm. Vintages, monovarietals, blends, less measured bubbles? A brochure presents the winemaker and his selected harvest, with a technical sheet of course. The first objective of this box is to reach influencers, renowned sommeliers, wine merchants, star restaurateurs, journalists in particular. Like Philippe Faure-Brac, the world’s best sommelier in 1992, who attentively received a delegation at his Bistrot du sommelier (8th district of Paris) or chef Alain Passard (L? Arpège, 7th district of Paris).
