The creators of “Champagne, Terroirs etC? »At the end of 2017, a box of ten cavas from the four major regions came onto the market, each winemaker having chosen the high-end cuvée of which they are particularly proud, which may be a new or already recognized firm. Vintages, monovarietals, blends, less measured bubbles? A brochure presents the winemaker and his selected harvest, with a technical sheet of course. The first objective of this box is to reach influencers, renowned sommeliers, wine merchants, star restaurateurs, journalists in particular. Like Philippe Faure-Brac, the world’s best sommelier in 1992, who attentively received a delegation at his Bistrot du sommelier (8th district of Paris) or chef Alain Passard (L? Arpège, 7th district of Paris). Distributed since October 2017 to initially test the reactions of wine professionals, this box aims to seduce amateurs and great fans, as much as it must be renewed in the following years, with other vintages, other bubbles to discover. This 2017 box of ten cavas from independent winegrowers is sold for 445 euros at public price. It should be noted that professionals will be able to taste the valued cuvées during the great meeting in April, the Printemps des champagnes. The event will bring together the ten winegrowers, their clear and sparkling wines in one place, the Cercle Colbert in Reims. After? Complicity? in 2016 and? chefs?
